Job Description

As a Service Engineer, you will be required to work in tandem with our sales team in providing effective aftersales support in the areas of service and maintenance of our products, availability of spare parts and ensuring least inconvenience and down time to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handling Customers complaints / Service Plans
- Warranty handling and providing Feed-back to Superiors
- Training of customers’ personnel
- Training and development of dealer’s personnel
- Promotion / Selling of Aftermarket products

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile Description: Good technical acumen

UG Qualifications:

• Diploma (Mechanical)

Minimum Marks: 55%
Graduation after: 2009.
